1. Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora, Tenerife, Spain
The Canary Islands archipelago is one of Europe's best destinations for winter sunshine. Visitors can enjoy Spanish rays year-round at the Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora in Tenerife, which features five pools, five restaurants and six bars.
The property offers a private, luxurious adults-only option at RedLevel and a special family-oriented one — complete with activities and services specifically for kids. For the ultimate flexibility, the hotel also offers bed and breakfast and half-board packages, but note that these don't include drinks. Double occupancy, half board rates start at $340 per night.
2. LaBranda Riviera, Malta
Relax at this hotel located on the sea in northern Malta, just a quick hop away from the ferry dock for travelers that want to also visit the nearby Maltese island of Gozo. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, a large pool, sun deck and the Elysium Spa.
The Labranda also provides daily entertainment for both kids and adults. In addition, they work with Dive Vision Malta for guests feeling adventurous that want to explore Malta's waters. 3. Pestana Porto Santo, Portugal

4. Mitsis Alila Resort & Spa, Rhodes, Greece
Snack on pitas and feta or indulge in fine Mediterranean cuisine at the Alila Greece, located on a Blue Flag-awarded Faliraki Beach on the Greek island of Rhodes. This all-inclusive offers amenities like a Kid's Club, beachfront dining, and a spa.

5. Olympic Lagoon, Cyprus
For those who want the fully immersed all-inclusive experience, the Olympic Lagoon Agia Napa has eight themed restaurants, four themed bars and seven pools, including a lazy river.
Entertainment buffs can enjoy seven different shows, and there are three different kids clubs, including one for teens. But those traveling as a couple can have a more private experience by staying in the adults-only wing or in an adults-only swim-up suite. For snow
1. Club Med Grand Massif Samoëns Morillon, France
If a holiday at 5000 feet up sounds like a dream, the Club Med Grand Massif is the ski-in, ski-out hotel paradise for you. The hotel keeps the kids entertained with activities like a climbing wall and ski lessons so parents can enjoy time on the pistes.
All-inclusive packages include things like all meals, drinks and even ski passes, snowboarding, ski lessons and snowshoeing, too. After a long day on the slopes, adults can enjoy relaxing in the Club Med's spa and hammam. Double occupancy, all-inclusive room rates start around $1140 per night.

The hotel even offers both family wellness packages and adults-only wellness packages. 5. Alpenhof Murnau, Germany
For those hoping for a cozy getaway that includes activities like wintery morning walks through the Bavarian countryside dotted with snow and warm evenings by the fireplace sipping wine, the Alpenhof Murnau is the hotel for you. The spa offers an ample variety of services and amenities, including a Finnish outdoor sauna, both indoor and outdoor pools and a selection of therapeutic treatments.

Bottom line
Europe may not be the first place that comes to mind when it comes to all-inclusive resorts. But the continent actually has a number of options for hotels that offer it all, regardless of if you're in the market for nature and zen, a snowy getaway or a sunshine beach holiday. So don't discount Europe when it comes to all-inclusive, because you may just discover a blissful beach resort or charming ski chalet that has everything you need for your next holiday.
