Running a business can be expensive enough without big credit card fees adding to your headache.
Some of the flashiest business cards now charge $795 or more per year. For heavy spenders and travelers, those fees can absolutely make sense. For many small businesses, though, they probably don’t.
Here’s the good news: Some of the best business cards around charge a fraction of that. In fact, some charge nothing at all.
What we love: This new card keeps things sensibly uncomplicated: Earn at least 2 miles per dollar on every purchase, with the flexibility to transfer to more than 15 airline and hotel partners.
Welcome offer: This one currently has a huge two-part limited-time offer with big upside. New cardholders can earn up to 150,000 bonus miles: 75,000 miles once you spend $7,500 on purchases in the first three months from account opening, and an additional 75,000 miles once you spend $30,000 on purchases in the first six months. Each of those 75,000-mile payouts is worth about $1,388 per our May 2026 valuations, so even just hitting the first tier is a big win on a low-annual-fee card.
What we love: This Chase card has a huge welcome bonus and earns a solid 3 points per dollar on the first $150,000 spent across an excellent lineup of business spending categories each anniversary year.
Welcome offer: New cardholders can earn 100,000 Ultimate Rewards points after spending $8,000 on purchases in the first three months from account opening, worth $2,050 per our valuations.
What we love: You’ll earn 5% cash back (or 5 points per dollar spent — your choice) on the first $25,000 you spend each anniversary year across some key business spending categories.
Welcome offer: Earn $750 bonus cash (or 75,000 points) when you spend $6,000 on purchases in the first three months after account opening.
What we love: Similar to the Venture Business, you’ll earn a straightforward 1.5% cash back (or 1.5 points per dollar) on everything — making this card a great catch-all for your uncategorized expenses.
Welcome offer: Earn $750 bonus cash (or 75,000 points) when you spend $6,000 on purchases in the first three months after account opening.
