When I saw the Chase Sapphire Reserve® recently come out of its big refresh with its best-ever welcome offer — for a limited time, new cardholders can get 100,000 bonus points plus a $500 Chase Travel℠ credit after spending $5,000 in the first three months from account opening — my mind started racing with ideas on where those points could take me if I got that bonus.
Keep in mind that’s 40,000 points plus a $500 travel credit more than the usual 60,000-point offer for this card, making this bonus worth more than $2,500, according to TPG’s July 2025 valuations.
If any of those sound good to you, I’d highly recommend you start piling up some Chase points. Just remember that your ability to get 100,000 bonus points plus a $500 Chase Travel credit on the Sapphire Reserve is only available for a limited time.
And if you’d like to have twice as many points(and awesome experiences), the brand-new Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business℠ is offering new cardholders a staggering 200,000 bonus points after they spend $30,000 in the first six months of card membership. That’s the biggest offer in the history of Chase Ultimate Rewards, worth more than $4,000 by our valuations.
