In news that’s close to my heart as a traveler with Hyatt Globalist and American Airlines Platinum Pro status, we also learned of upcoming changes to the World of Hyatt and AAdvantage partnership. These changes won’t be positive for most travelers who hold high tiers of status with both programs, but may be beneficial if you heavily use one program but not the other.
As we continue to follow the Southwest Airlines updates, passengers will likely begin seeing extra-legroom seats on Southwest planes in early 2025. There’s no free lunch, though, as Southwest will also begin dynamically pricing its EarlyBird and Upgraded Boarding products.
