In case you missed it, we just learned yesterday that one of the best credit card bonus offers of the year is ending in less than two weeks on Sept. 5. So, before that happens, I want to share why the Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card has a prime position in my wallet.
In addition to the huge bonus that we’ll talk more about shortly, I keep it thanks to its travel protections and the 3 points per dollar it offers on the first $150,000 spent on travel and select business categories each account anniversary year.
Some small-business owners with large expenses might be bothered by the $150,000 cap on earning 3 points per dollar, but I don’t come close to reaching this cap.
Importantly, the Ink Business Preferred offers access to the valuable Ultimate Rewards transfer partners, including my go-to: World of Hyatt. Given my spending patterns and other rewards cards in my wallet, the Ink Business Preferred is a much better fit for me than either of the other two Ultimate Rewards cards that offer access to these transfer partners.
If you don’t already have this card, it’s absolutely worth considering — especially while it still has a welcome offer of 120,000 bonus points after you spend $8,000 on purchases in the first three months from account opening. Based on TPG’s August 2024 valuations, this offer is worth about $2,460. If you like to think of offers in terms of what they could get you, the bonus points would be enough for 34 off-peak Category 1 Hyatt nights (such as at the Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort, pictured above).
But this offer is ending very soon, so if you want to take advantage of this relatively quick and easy way to earn 120,000 points for your next adventure, time is running out! This best-ever limited-time offer on this card ends on Sept. 5, so act fast before it’s gone.
