Marriott Bonvoy and MGM Resorts boost loyalty partnership benefits for 2025
Marriott and MGM Resorts are rolling into 2025 with a few fresh updates to their loyalty partnership.
One year after the brands announced the details of their partnership, guests looking to leverage Marriott Bonvoy perks when they stay at an MGM Resort will have more benefits available. These changes went into effect on Jan. 1, ringing in the new year with elevated perks on stays, including those in the Las Vegas MGM Collection, such as the Bellagio, Aria and Cosmopolitan.
Plus, multiple benefits that were previously set to expire at the end of 2024 have now been made permanent for Marriott Bonvoy elite members. These perks can be utilized at an MGM Resort based on a member's status level in Marriott Bonvoy.
Read on to learn how you can get more out of Marriott and MGM Resorts' program this year.

New and improved Marriott Bonvoy benefits at MGM Resorts for 2025

Three perks for Marriott elite members have been enhanced for the new year:
- Higher $20 food and beverage credit per night of stay for Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador Elite members (up from $15)
- Discounts to select shows for Platinum Elite members, based on availability (previously available only to Titanium and Ambassador Elite members)
- 10% retail discount for Platinum and Titanium Elite members and 15% retail discount for Ambassador Elites; exclusions apply (previously available only to Ambassador Elite members)
Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador Elites can now share this suite of benefits, which were previously limited to certain status levels — a positive change for 2025. The addition to the food and beverage credit is also useful. Note that Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador Elite members still receive a $30 food and beverage credit per night of stay at the W Las Vegas.
