Paris Hilton, the famed granddaughter of Conrad Hilton, the founder of Hilton Hotels, and who's not to be confused with the Hilton properties in Paris, is launching her own hotel chain. That's right, Paris Hilton is launching her own luxury hotel chain, which will bear her name and remain separate Hilton entities from the empire her grandfather created.

She's planning to launch a new line of luxury hotels in Dubai, New York and Las Vegas. In case you didn't know, she's already a partner of a property that bears her name — the Paris Beach Club in the Philippines at Century Properties' Azure Urban Resort Residence. The second Paris Beach Club just recently broke ground at the Azure Urban Resort Residences in Parañaque. However, these are not the same properties that are to come — those will be entirely Paris, no Azure connection.

The first Paris Beach Club.

I follow Paris on Snapchat — don't ask me why, it's addicting and I can't stop looking. So when I heard the news that she was going to launch her own hotel brand, it really got me thinking. What would the Paris Hilton hotels look like? Will there be a loyalty program? What kinds of amenities will there be? With so many questions, I wanted to address what I'm hoping we'll find in each of the new Paris Hilton properties:

1. Life-Size Ferret Hotel

If there's one thing I've learned from following Paris Hilton on Snapchat, it's that she has pet ferrets that she's obsessed with. I don't consider myself a huge fan of ferrets, and that's probably because I don't have a set of ferrets as my own pets. But, I'm open to becoming a ferret fan. So, I'm hoping that each of Paris' new properties has house ferrets for guests to snuggle with — what could be better than that?

2. Pink Heart-Shaped Beds That Smell like Her Fragrance

Have you ever smelled Paris Hilton's perfume? Probably not, and neither have I. But I'm sure hoping to get the chance to walk into a hotel room that's overcome with the Duane Reade/Walgreens specialty. Further, if the beds are heart-shaped, you can count me in even more. By the time I leave the property, I want to smell like I just walked out of the Paris Hilton perfume production factory.

3. Room Service Agents Who Speak in Girly Whispers — "That's Hot"

Rise and shine! Imagine waking up in the morning, ordering breakfast from a large selection — including Taco Bell choices, since Paris is a big fan — and getting that food delivered to your door by an agent who says nothing more than "That's hot" in a soft voice. I wouldn't want to start my day off any other way.

4. Points More Valuable than her Grandfather's Hotel Chain

I can't lie, a Paris Hilton hotel loyalty program would be a nice perk to staying at the hotel (besides the others already mentioned). On that same note, I'd hope that the points are more valuable than those of her grandfather's hotel chain — though that won't be hard to do. Maybe even a Paris Hilton co-branded credit card?

5. Butlers That Are Kim K. or Any Other Kardashian-Jenner

Who remembers Kim K. pre-"Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and pre-Kanye? Here's a refresher — in 2006, Kim was basically Paris' closet organizer. So, for Paris' new gig, I'm hoping she brings Kim and the Kardashian-Jenner crew on board to help butler and straighten up everyone's closets at the properties.

Bottom Line

Overall, I'm really happy for Paris and her new hotel venture, and I'm actually looking forward to staying in one of the new properties. I just hope that she takes at least one of my suggestions to heart — preferably the in-house ferrets.
