How to quickly and easily check the balance of all your British Airways Future Travel Vouchers
If you are still holding any pandemic-related travel vouchers with British Airways, there is now a very simple way to view all of your vouchers in one place.
First, head to this new landing page. All you need to do is enter the email address associated with your vouchers and click on "Remind me." The relevant email address will usually be the one saved in your Executive Club account. If you booked for someone else, try any other email address you added to the booking.

Within minutes you will receive an email from British Airways containing a handy summary of all your existing vouchers, the voucher numbers and the value remaining. As a reminder, the voucher number is usually the ticket number from the original booking, starting with "125-."

Future Travel Vouchers were a quick way for British Airways to offer alternatives to passengers whose travel was disrupted by the pandemic. Their travels may have been disrupted by border closures, testing positive for COVID-19, needing to isolate or no longer wishing to travel. Unfortunately, while the vouchers were simple to accept online, they were difficult to actually use; the airline provided virtually no information to passengers about the value of the vouchers, voucher numbers or how to redeem them. There were also some frustrating restrictions around who could use the vouchers, especially for travel with multiple people on one booking.

With phone call wait times stretching into many hours, passengers were stuck with vouchers they could not use. In June 2020, TPG UK listed eight different ways to improve the Future Travel Voucher process. British Airways eventually implemented some improvements, most notably the ability to redeem vouchers online.
Two years on, the airline appears to have finally fixed the system; now you can easily check all vouchers in one place and use them for travel up to Sept. 30, 2023. You can also use multiple eVouchers in one new booking — a correction to a frustrating restriction that was in place for much of the pandemic.
