Air France is offering some amazing fares to Istanbul from several U.S. locations. AirFrance.us is currently showing heavily discounted availability this spring and fall for flights to Istanbul from Chicago, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and other cities. Flights appear to be available for as low as $527 round-trip in Premium Economy, which is an incredible deal for a trip that normally costs at least $2,000.

As reported by The Flight Deal, these fares are available from March 28 to May 15, or from August 24 to October 25, 2015. Here's an itinerary from the Air France website for a flight from Chicago to Istanbul in September:

Chicago to Istanbul in September for $264 in Premium Economy on Air France (the return trip is $263).

Here's a flight from Washington, D.C. to Istanbul, also in September:

This round-trip is $578 in Premium Economy.

These fares are also bookable on Orbitz, Expedia, or other online travel agencies. Here's a flight on Delta from Chicago to Istanbul in August for around $558:

Flights are available on Air France partners as well.

As a reminder, you can still bank extra credit card points by using a card that maximizes airfare purchases, like 3x on airfare with the American Express Premier Rewards Gold or 2x on the Chase Sapphire Preferred. Check out this post for more on maximizing airfare purchases.

While not all the rates are quite as low, there are plenty of options available for the moment. However, I don't expect these fares to last long, so I recommend playing with the dates and departure cities to see what else pops up, and book soon to make sure you get in on the deal!
