Update: Some offers mentioned below are no longer available. View the current offers here.
Airfare deals are typically only available on limited dates. We recommend that you use Google Flights to find dates to fly, then book through an online travel agency, such as Orbitz, which allows you to cancel flights without penalty by 11pm Eastern Time within one day of booking. Remember: Fares may disappear quickly, so book right away and take advantage of Orbitz's courtesy cancellation if you're unable to travel.
The deals to Asia continue this week with cheap flights to Beijing. Over the past month, there have been a ton of deals to Bangkok, Hong Kong, Taipei, Vietnam and more. Today, you can snag flights to Beijing from several different cities across the US, starting at $601 round-trip.
The cheapest flight we found was from Charlotte (CLT) to Beijing (PEK) for $601 on Delta. Other great opportunities include flights from Philadelphia (PHL) at $602, Boston (BOS) at $656 and New York (JFK) at $726 — all on Delta with connections in Detroit. There's also a nonstop flight on Hainan Airlines from Seattle (SEA) to Beijing (PEK) for $670. Quite a few of these flights require a longer stay (often two weeks or more), so this isn't really a mileage-run opportunity.
Here are a few examples of what we found:
