Amtrak is currently offering a Father's Day sale, with nearly all routes discounted by 30%. The deal, which ends Monday, has fares starting at $22 one-way or $44 round-trip. Reduced prices are available for travel from Aug. 1 through Nov. 7, 2019 and there are no blackout dates, so this could be a great way to save when planning your end-of-summer and fall travels.
Although the discount only applies to coach fares, you'll still get decent legroom, no middle seat and free Wi-Fi.
Below are some of the rates that Amtrak is promoting on its website. However, other routes apply:

Routes: All routes except the Pennsylvanian and Keystone Service locally between PHL and HAR, Capitol Corridor, Hiawatha, Pacific Surfliner and 7000-8999 Thruways.
