We’ve made it to April! Almost all of us are getting some warmer weather by now, and I know I’m not the only one itching to redecorate my patio and thinking this may just be the year I finally take up pickleball.
We’re also gearing up for all the spring holidays and celebrations. And while those celebrations are exciting, they can also be expensive.
But around here, an expensive month is just a great time to earn a juicy new welcome bonus. As always, we’ve rounded up the best credit card offers available to help you do just that:
🏖 Best for travel lovers
- 🚨 Last call! The Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card is a TPG favorite thanks to earning 2 miles per dollar spent on all purchases, and the elevated, limited-time offer that really puts this card over the edge is ending very soon. New cardholders can still get a $250 travel credit for Capital One Travel in the first cardholder year, plus earn 75,000 bonus miles after spending $4,000 on purchases in the first three months from account opening — a bonus worth at least $1,000 in travel! ✈️ Best for award flights
The Atmos Rewards cards made a big splash with excellent offers when they launched last year, but these new elevated offers are making me glad I waited!

Plus, you’ll earn an incredibly valuable 100,000 bonus points and a 25,000-point Global Companion Award after spending $6,500 on purchases in the first 90 days from account opening.
- The Atmos™ Rewards Ascent Visa Signature® credit card is offering a bonus of a 50% flight discount code for a qualifying future flight after account opening. Plus, earn 80,000 bonus points and a $99 Companion Fare (plus taxes and fees from $23) after spending $4,000 on purchases in the first 120 days from account opening.
💼 Best for business spenders
When we saw these offers, we had to do a double take! If you’re in the business of finding a new business card, these are the ones to jump on this month:
- American Express® Business Gold Card: Apply to find out your offer, which could be as high as 200,000 Membership Rewards points after spending $15,000 in eligible purchases on your new card in your first three months of membership (welcome offers vary, and you may not be eligible for an offer).
- The Business Platinum Card® from American Express: Apply to find out your offer, which could be as high as 300,000 Membership Rewards points after spending $20,000 in eligible purchases on your new card in your first three months of membership (welcome offers vary, and you may not be eligible for an offer).
But don’t wait for the spring showers to stop before applying for these offers. Some of these will go away when May’s first flower sprouts.
