If you’re reading this Sunday morning, send all the good vibes because this hotels reporter will be pounding the pavement in the New York City Marathon. If you’re reading it later in the day, I’ll be celebrating with many of my TPG colleagues who are coming in to cheer me on from all over the country. (Also, probably crying and icing my knees.)
That’s the kind of family we are at TPG.
I started running at the beginning of the year to train for the marathon, and it’s become one of my favorite ways to explore a new city. I’ve gone on beautiful runs in Seoul, South Korea; Houston; and, my favorite, around Sydney Harbour. In fact, I just found out I won a spot in next year’s Sydney Marathon, where the finish line is at the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
But while I’ve been getting in my last few miles, we’ve covered a lot at TPG.
