Mark your calendars: We’re now less than a week away from Amazon’s July Prime Day (which is really multiple days — July 8-11 to be exact), featuring its annual midsummer bonanza of deals. We expect that it will include discounts on some of TPG’s favorite travel must-haves, from wireless headphones to power banks that will keep your devices running wherever you are in the world.
There are a few things you can do to get ready for the sale that will help you save money. And there’s an easy way to save $200 on your Prime Day haul.
If you haven’t added Amazon’s Prime Visa credit card to your wallet, this is a great time. Right now, new applicants who get approved will score an instant $200 Amazon gift card.
There’s no need to spend a certain amount like you would with many other credit card welcome bonuses.
The deal sweetener: This card has no annual fee.
