March was a month of some great welcome offers, and the offer party isn’t slowing down as we roll into April.
If flexibility is first on your list, you can still snag the Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card welcome offer — worth at least $1,000 in travel.
And if you’re a United Airlines fan, the recent card updates are sure to have something for you. Even better? The card revamps also came with some of the best offers we’ve seen on these cards in two years.
Hotel-focused planners, there’s a treat for you too. Hilton’s full card lineup has some welcome offers worth getting excited about — and some may be the best we’ve ever seen.
Here are the limited-time and debut offers we can’t stop talking about:
- Love options? Jump on the Venture Rewards. We love the many options it offers to redeem miles for travel — as a statement credit to cover travel expenses, booking through Capital One Travel, or transferring to hotel and airline partners — plus the ability to earn at least 2 miles per dollar spent on all purchases. For a limited time, you can earn 75,000 bonus miles after spending $4,000 in the first three months from account opening and receive a $250 credit for travel booked through Capital One Travel in the first cardholder year. If you use the whole bonus to book through Capital One Travel, that’s $1,000 in value. But it can be worth even more if you take advantage of Capital One’s transfer partners — a juicy $1,638 according to TPG’s March 2025 valuations.
- If you’re a United fan, be sure to check out the cobranded card lineup’s recent changes — including some higher annual fees along with more statement credits and welcome offers worth jumping on. For instance, the top-tier United Club℠ Card is offering new applicants the chance to earn 95,000 bonus miles after spending $5,000 in the first three months from account opening. These bonus miles are worth an impressive $1,283 according to our March 2025 valuations.
- And if you can’t resist a free night reward, we have great news for you, too — all three personal Hilton cards feature a free night reward as a part of their welcome offers. New applicants for the Hilton Honors American Express Surpass® Card, for instance, can earn 130,000 bonus points and a free night reward after spending $3,000 in the first six months of card membership. This offer ends April 29.
- Even with all these great offers on the list, The Business Platinum Card® from American Express’ standard offer is holding strong at the top spot. It’s offering new cardholders the chance to earn 150,000 Membership Rewards points after spending $20,000 on eligible purchases in the first three months of card membership. This is a pretty steep spending requirement, but the points are worth a whopping $3,000 according to our March 2025 valuations. If you’re spending that much anyway, this is a great way to get a strong return on your expenses.
