by Andrew Kunesh, Senior Reporter, Cards & Loyalty
It’s not always about high thread count and palatial breakfast buffets when you’re a hotel reporter at The Points Guy … but sometimes it’s precisely that. ‘Tis the season when we announce TPG’s best new hotels of 2024!
We scoured the globe for all the amazing new hotels that opened this year, and the list is a reflection of the best of the best across all price points. From the Conrad Orlando to the Regent Santa Monica Beach, and from the decadent Soho House Sao Paulo to The StandardX, Melbourne (part of The Standard’s affordable, hip brand and soon to be a part of World of Hyatt), there’s a wide variety of new hotels across all reaches of the world.
Whether you’re looking for a new place to relax after a day at Walt Disney World or an off-the-beaten-path, luxe retreat on the coast of Australia’s Kangaroo Island (or something in between), this list has a hotel for you.
That’s all from me for today. I’ll catch y’all tomorrow!
