In all of my years writing about cruising, I don’t think I’ve had a summer filled with as many amazing voyages as this one.
It started with an epic journey down the Nile with AmaWaterways and ended with a fascinating Uniworld River Cruises trip through France’s Bordeaux wine region. In between, it included weeks of travel across Northern Europe with Viking and a soothing sailing around French Polynesia with Paul Gauguin Cruises.
All four of these trips were different, but they were all wonderful in their own way. If you haven’t tried these brands before, you might want to consider them for reasons that I am detailing in a series of stories that are now going live.
The three stories above provide an in-depth look at what made the Viking and Paul Gauguin experiences so wonderful. For a look at why I loved my AmaWaterways and Uniworld voyages, come back to TPG in the coming weeks. You’ll be able to find my soon-to-post stories on those trips on my author page.
