2013 has been a great year for credit card sign-up bonuses. Not only have we seen some of the same promotions return like the current Starwood Preferred Guest Amex but a bunch of new cards have entered the market. Best of all, many of the most lucrative cards also come with the first year annual fee waived, making them a no-brainer- at least for the first year.

However, always make sure you can meet the minimum spending requirements and pay your cards off on time, or else you'll drown in fees and interest.

Luckily, to entice new customers, many of the major issuers waive the first year's annual fee for new cardholders, so you can still take advantage of the benefits of many of these travel credit cards without paying for them for 12 months - at which point hopefully you will have maximized their value and can reevaluate your options.

So in case you are considering a round of credit card applications while these offers are out there, I have compiled a list of what I consider to be the top credit card offers with no first year's annual fee. I'll just give you the shortlist of the top 10 first and then you can read on below to where I have arranged the entire list by issuing bank and included some details on just why each of them is valuable, so read on and start putting your application list together.
