Take 5 eligible Lyft rides by Sept. 3 and earn 1,500 bonus Hilton Honors points
Update: Some offers mentioned below are no longer available.
Through Sept. 3, Lyft riders can earn 1,500 bonus Hilton Honors points by linking their Hilton Honors and Lyft accounts online and completing five eligible rides.
This promo is for Hilton Honors members who have not previously linked the two accounts for Lyft Standard, Wait & Save, Priority Pickup, Green, Extra Comfort, Black, XL, Black SUV, Access and/or Car Seat.
Eligible rides must be completed by 11:59 p.m. EDT on Sept. 3.

To participate in this limited-time promotion, click here to sign in to your Hilton Honors account. From there, you must agree to the offer terms. After you accept those terms, you'll be redirected to sign in to Lyft, where you'll again accept the promotion terms. Upon completion, you should get a message that you've successfully linked your accounts.

Once you've linked accounts and completed an eligible ride, your Hilton bonus points should be credited to your account within four weeks. These points won't count toward Hilton's elite status qualification.
Lyft and Hilton Honors members can stack this promotion with other ongoing offers from the partnership, including 3 Hilton Honors points per dollar on Lyft, Lyft XL, Lyft Black SUV, Lux and Lux Black rides and 2 points per dollar on eligible Lyft Shared rides.
Additionally, be sure to use a credit card that earns a bonus on travel for your Lyft rides; options include the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card (see rates and fees) and Chase Sapphire Reserve® (see rates and fees), which earn 5 points per dollar, on eligible Lyft rides through Sept. 30, 2027. That's 3 points per dollar in addition to what each card earns on travel.
Per TPG's July 2024 valuation, we currently value Chase Ultimate Rewards points at 2.05 cents apiece, Sapphire Reserve cardholders can get over a 10% return on Lyft rides — a great deal if you frequently use Lyft.
Note that this promotion is only for those who have not yet linked their Hilton and Lyft accounts; those who have already linked their accounts (and even those who unlinked and relinked) are not eligible.
Additionally, Delta flyers can earn SkyMiles on Lyft rides thanks to the company's ongoing partnership with Delta. You can earn 1 mile per dollar spent on eligible U.S. rides and 2 miles per dollar spent on rides to and from all U.S. airports; new Lyft users will also get 50% off their first two U.S. rides, up to $10 per ride.
Bilt members can earn 2 Bilt Points per dollar on Lyft rides when they link their accounts in the Bilt app and set Bilt Rewards as their preferred rewards partner. Bilt Mastercard® cardholders can link their Lyft accounts to earn an extra 3 points per dollar on these purchases.
By setting Bilt Rewards as your preferred rewards partner and paying with the card, you'll earn 5 points per dollar spent on Lyft rides. You'll need to use your card at least five times each statement period to earn points.
The information for the Bilt Mastercard has been collected independently by The Points Guy. The card details on this page have not been reviewed or provided by the card issuer.
Bottom line
Whether you're a regular Lyft rider or only use it for trips to the airport, this is a relatively easy opportunity to earn Hilton Honors points. You can even stack these bonus earnings on top of other earnings opportunities.
The Hilton Honors bonus earnings opportunity is valid for eligible rides taken by Sept. 3.
