Typically, passenger airplanes try and stay as far apart from one another as possible to avoid collisions. But when an aircraft manufacturer wants to show off its fleet of beautiful airliners, it's willing to take some (albeit incredibly minor) risks. In this installment of crazy aviation videos, we bring you an airliner formation flight, courtesy of the Airbus family.

The clip features the A320, A330, A350 and A380 — we're missing the A340, which went out of production in 2011. The jets take off side-by-side from an Airbus production facility in Europe, then, moments later, they converge and take on multiple formations. It's pretty incredible to see such massive vehicles soar through the skies together.
