Amazing Deal Alert: NYC to Europe for $141 One-Way This Summer

Airfare deals are typically only available on limited dates. We recommend that you use Google Flights to find dates to fly, then book through an online travel agency, such as Orbitz, which allows you to cancel flights without penalty by 11pm Eastern Time within one day of booking. Remember: Fares may disappear quickly, so book right away and take advantage of Orbitz's courtesy cancellation if you're unable to travel. Additionally, keep in mind that discounted partner fares may not earn miles with US-based carriers.
Update 3: And they're gone again. Note that it appears that TAP hasn't corrected the fare, and actually released additional space overnight, so there's a good chance we'll see this deal pop up again over the weekend.

TAP Portugal is currently offering fantastic one-way fares from New York to a handful of destinations in Europe, priced at just $141 with availability throughout July. To find your flights, search on Google Flights then head over to Priceline to book. Here's an example of the search you'll need to complete — simply plug in arrival city and the date you'd like to book.
As these are one-way flights, you'll need to make your way home from Europe. Your best bet may be a a low-cost carrier that doesn't penalize for booking one-way flights, such as Norwegian or WOW Air. Note that while TAP is a Star Alliance member, it's unclear which fare class this itinerary books into, so there's a very good chance you won't earn 100% mileage for these flights.
