SkyMiles deal alert: Fly to Prague from the East Coast for 56,000 miles round-trip
If you’re looking for ways to use your Delta SkyMiles, the airline has a deal to the Czech Republic from New York and New Jersey. You can fly round-trip to Prague for 56,000 miles. If you don't have miles or don't want to use them, Delta and United have round-trip flights for under $500.

The deal was reported by Thrifty Traveler Premium, which for $7.99 monthly or $49.99 annually will send notifications on cheap flights, award flight sales and business-class deals. These fares are available for travel from September to October.

The SkyMiles deals are for main cabin service on Delta, which includes a meal, seat selection, carry-on and a checked bag.
Flights for 56,000 SkyMiles (+$53.57 in taxes) from New York (JFK) to Prague (PRG) are available during most of September and in October as well.
The SkyMiles deal from Newark (EWR) to Prague (PRG) has limited availability. One deal I found was from Sept. 7 to 14 for 56,000 SkyMiles (+$59.17 in taxes) and has two stops each way.
Flights from Newark (EWR) to Prague (PRG) are $482 round-trip throughout September. The deal is on United for a basic economy direct flight which includes a carry-on and a standard seat. A checked bag and seat selection will cost extra.
Delta is offering a direct flight from New York (JFK) to Prague (PRG) for $538 round-trip in basic economy. The ticket includes a standard seat and carry-on. There will be additional fees for a checked bag and seat selection.
