We’ve seen a few travel deals for Belize in recent weeks. Here’s a new one with great sale fares from U.S. departure cities like Baltimore, Buffalo, Denver, Houston, Phoenix among others.

As is typical for these fare sales, the discounts apply for economy tickets. Depending on the airline, that could mean no full-size carry-on bags. Paying for a checked bag will likely cost you between $60-$70 round-trip, so keep that in mind when mulling itineraries.

The best availability is for travel between September and February 2023. Holidays are excluded in this deal.

Thanks to Scott’s Cheap Flights for first spotting this new deal. Its basic membership is available for $49 per year. The Elite tier option is available for $199 per year, which provides you with access to deals on premium economy, business class and first-class tickets.

You know what we always say; the more flexible you can be with your travel plans, the better price you’ll be able to find.

Sample flights

Baltimore (BWI) to Belize City (BZE) in February is available for only $290 round-trip on American. The carrier’s Basic Economy gives you a free carry-on, but a checked bag will cost you $60.

February is also a great time to plan a trip to Central America if you live in the Rockies. Denver (DEN) to Belize City on American is just $303 for a round-trip Basic Economy seat. You can also find similar deals for this route in November.

Houston (HOU) to Belize in October is also available at a discount, also on American. This itinerary is available for $303 round-trip.

You can find an even better deal on this route in December when this itinerary usually costs around $600. But you can find it now for just $303 round-trip.

By now you may have noticed that American has far and away the best available fares in this deal. Here is another one we found, from Phoenix (PHX) to Belize in January, for only $273 round-trip. That’s a fantastic price, even if there is an extended layover on the outbound flight. We found a few sub-$300 fares out of Phoenix in October and November, too, also with extended layovers.

We found a good amount of sub-$350 round-trip fares from New Orleans (MSY) to Belize City. Here’s one from United for a September trip that costs $339. Keep in mind that, unlike American, United’s most restrictive fare does not come with a free full-size carry-on bag. Shop around and see if you can find the best deal for you.
