You can now make dinner reservations, buy concert tickets and more with Uber Explore

In a continual expansion of customer service efforts, Uber launched Uber Explore today, allowing customers to book beyond rides, from dinner reservations to live events and more.
Plus, for a limited time, book an Explore experience and get 15% off Uber rides to said experience up to $10.
To access this new feature, open the Explore tab in the Uber app. There you'll find recommended places by category, including food and drink, art and culture, nightlife, music and shows, along with reviews, photos, directions and more.
Specific features of Uber Explore include:
- One-click discounted rides via the "ride there now" functionality, which allows customers to tap a button and easily book a ride with their pre-populated destination, at 15% off.
- Purchase tickets to events and experiences via your Uber Wallet & Payment profile.
- Personalized suggestions for experiences to explore in your city based on your past use of Uber and Uber Eats.
This promotion is also great news for American Express® Gold Card and The Platinum Card® from American Express cardholders, who can use their monthly $10 (total of up to $120 per year) and $15 (plus a bonus $20 in December for a total of up to $200 per year) respective Uber credits on Explore purchases and reservations, too.

For now, Uber Explore is available in 14 cities across the U.S., including Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, Minneapolis - St. Paul and San Antonio, with plans to expand to more cities and add more deals in the coming weeks.
