We’re now months into the ability to earn points on your mortgage.Bilt’s 2.0 rollout had a few bumps, but I’m now earning points on my biggest monthly bill, and that’s been a pretty incredible change. The new Bilt Palladium Card (see rates and fees) has also become one of my favorite additions of the year, earning unlimited 2 points per dollar on everyday purchases (or even more!) that can be transferred 1:1 to partners like World of Hyatt, Atmos Rewards and more.
Oh, and here at TPG, we launched a fun new Substack (where we host “ask an expert” office hours) and brought comments back to our articles. Come hang out with us.
The common theme so far in 2026? Blink, and you’ll miss something.
