When I travel solo, I have several cards I can whip out to get into an airport lounge. But most of my trips include my family, and getting three kids into the airport lounge is a bit more complicated.
Keep in mind, these recommendations apply whether you are traveling with family, friends or strangers (though I don’t personally recommend that last one), so let’s dig a little deeper.
Chase Sapphire Reserve®: This card comes with a Priority Pass Select membership, along with access to Chase Sapphire Lounge locations for the cardholder and up to two guests.
Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive World Elite Mastercard®: This card comes with complimentary Admirals Club lounge access for the cardholder and immediate family members or two guests when flying on American Airlines.
United Club℠ Card: United flyers who hold this card get access to United Club locations for themselves, a guest and children under age 18. (Plus, you can bring a second adult guest if you reach Premier Gold status or spend $50,000 on the card in a calendar year).
Check out these stories for more details on bringing your friends and family to the lounge with you:
If I see you in the lounge, I’ll buy you and your guest a (free) drink!
