What new airline routes are you most excited to see roll out this year? Ask 10 different travelers and you might get 10 different opinions. The question doesn’t come with an easy answer, but — as you might expect from TPG — we’re happy to share our thoughts on it.
There were a few obvious choices, such as United Airlines’ new routes to Greenland and Mongolia. And while United is clearly a front-runner in this category (honestly, you could make a case for United to have at least half of the top 15), there are worthy challengers. They include both domestic and international routes on everyone from American Airlines and Delta Air Lines to Alaska Airlines and Allegiant Air.
Whether you’re looking out of wanderlust, or because you’re hoping new routes translate into more award availability, we think there’s something in here for everyone.
