We are just a few short days away from the Season 3 premiere of “The White Lotus” on Sunday. I wish I could say I was writing to you from the Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui — the luxurious stand-in for the eponymous hotel chain — but alas, I am weathering yet another winter storm here in the Midwest.
