The new(ish) space reopened with unusually little fanfare, but I connected through Dulles recently and got to check it out.
The two-level space is smaller than other Sapphire Lounges but equally lovely. It has ample seating areas as well as three gender-neutral bathrooms, a shower, a reflection room and a family room.
Even better, you don’t have to fly Etihad business or first class to check it out. Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholders get unlimited access to it (and other Sapphire Lounges) for themselves and up to two guests per visit.
