Elsewhere, it was a chaotic week for Global Entry and TSA PreCheck. First, there was a report that TSA PreCheck would be suspended in the wake of the partial government shutdown. But in the end, TSA PreCheck continued as normal, though Global Entry did not. That program was suspended, even though it ran normally during previous shutdowns.
