You haven't seen a guest review post from Danielle on Pan Am because the high-flying ABC show hasn't been on for a couple weeks.
For those of you who need your nostalgia fix now, though, you can currently download all nine episodes of season one for free as well as two songs from the show's soundtrack (Billie Holiday's "Just One More Chance," and Brenda Lee's "Break it to Me Gently") on iTunes and Amazon. I'm not sure how long this is going to last, so if you're a fan, I'd get in on it now.
I'm also not sure what this means for the series. After a strong opening, audience numbers slumped, and this seems like a move on ABC's part to drum up more support for the struggling show.
In any case, downloading the series so far will give you another chance to check out the crew's globetrotting adventures and dream about the days when air travel was the swingingest way to get around. And you can also check out Danielle's past reviews; Episode One, Episode Two, Episode Three, Episode Four, Episode Five, Episode Six, Episode Seven, and Episode Eight (Episode Nine's review will be out this weekend) for a quick refresher before the series picks up again on January 8th.
