$100 Off AAVacation.com Promo Code = $9 for Flight+ Hotel LA to Vegas and More

TPG reader Jamison just tipped me off about a great deal to get super cheap AA flights and hotels with a AAvacations.com promo code DOUBLE100. See Flyertalk thread here (Thanks Janetdoe).

Simply book a flight + hotel package at aavacations.com and use DOUBLE100 (update: to be safe, get the code emailed to you by playing the Blackjack game here) at check-out and $100 will get taken off the price of your package. Since flights from LAX-LAS and hotels are very cheap, you can get packages for $106, so after the discount you only pay $6. Not bad if you are trying to rack up elite miles for your end of the year qualification!

When searching, make sure you choose 1 Adult

When the results come up - choose Sort by Price so the cheapest option shows first.

Simply select the package you want and go through checkout - you'll be asked for your promo code before payment so you can confirm it is reflected before entering credit card information. I picked a random weekday trip in November and the total price after promo code for LAX-LAS on American roundtrip and a night at the Riviera hotel came out to $9.84 - giddy up!

This isn't exclusive to Las Vegas, but generally hotels and flights there are cheap enough to make this a killer deal. Try playing around with other city pairs and feel free to share your finds in the comments section. This isn't quite the Expedia.ca SAVE300 deal of last year, but it's pretty good in my opinion.

With the Expedia.ca deal it didn't matter if you never used your hotel or flight, however this could be different. To be safe you should check-in, but if you get creative, you may be able to do several of these runs per day if you plan the flights appropriately.
