Community Guidelines

TPG thrives on the stories, expertise and opinions of our community members. We’re excited to create spaces to discuss our passion for points, miles, credit cards and loyalty programs. Every community member has a responsibility to be kind and helpful, so we can all learn from each other about how to create unforgettable travel experiences and maximize loyalty programs.

All commenters should follow these Community Guidelines:

  • Share helpful tips and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Don’t post spam, self-promotion or unsolicited external links.

Share knowledge, and add value to the conversation

  • Keep comments and replies relevant to the article or post.
  • Only discuss activities that are within loyalty program terms and conditions.
  • Avoid discussing politics, religion and potentially divisive social issues.

  • Don’t spread misinformation.

Keep everyone safe

  • Don’t post personal attacks, harassment or discriminatory language.
  • Don’t share personally identifiable information about other people.
  • Don’t impersonate TPG staff, other commenters or public figures.
