The cards we feature here are from partners who compensate us when you are approved through our site, and this may impact how or where these products appear. We don’t cover all available credit cards, but our analysis, reviews, and opinions are entirely from our editorial team. Terms apply to the offers listed on this page. Please view our advertising policy and product review methodology for more information.

At TPG, we’re all about helping you turn your spending into extraordinary travel experiences. This now includes one of life’s biggest transactions: buying or selling a home.

Thanks to RBN Rewards, you can now earn valuable points toward your next trip simply by working with a top-tier real estate agent on your next move.

Here’s how to turn your keys into boarding passes.

What is RBN Rewards?

RBN

RBN is the nation’s leading luxury real estate agent referral program. It connects homebuyers and sellers with top agents from a network of elite brokerages, including:

  • Christie’s International Real Estate
  • Sotheby’s International Realty
  • Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices
  • Select top local firms

RBN Rewards is currently available to both U.S.-based and international buyers and sellers. And thanks to its new partnership with Forbes Global Properties, RBN is also expanding globally, meaning you’ll be able to earn points on property purchases anywhere in the world.

Prefer to work with your own agent? No problem. You can invite them to join the network. RBN also prioritizes your privacy, so you’ll never receive unsolicited calls or have your information shared without your consent.

How RBN Rewards works

JOHNNYGREIG/GETTY IMAGES

When you buy or sell a home through an RBN Participating Agent, you can earn up to 1 RBN Rewards point per $2 spent. Your total RBN Rewards points are based on the purchase price and your agent’s commission rate.

Let’s use an example based on a $1 million home price:

Daily Newsletter
Reward your inbox with the TPG Daily newsletter
Join over 700,000 readers for breaking news, in-depth guides and exclusive deals from TPG’s experts
  • If your agent earns a 3% commission, you’d earn 500,000 RBN Rewards points.
  • If the commission is 2%, you’d earn 333,333 points since that’s two-thirds of the standard rate.

You’ll receive your points fast — within two weeks of closing — and they’re valid for three years. There's no cap, and even vacation homes and investment properties qualify. You can also earn referral bonuses by introducing friends who go on to buy or sell through RBN.

Redemption options

So, what can you actually do with your RBN Rewards points? This is where things get exciting.

RBN Travel

RBN Travel is a powerful way to put your points to work. Instead of focusing on one brand, you can redeem at a value of 2 cents per point toward thousands of flights, hotels, vacation packages and experiences worldwide, with no blackout dates or award charts to worry about.

That puts your points to powerful use:

500,000 RBN Reward points are worth $10,000 in travel bookings.

You can also work with RBN's complimentary luxury travel advisers. They specialize in premium bookings like five-star resorts and custom itineraries — perfect for honeymoons, special occasions and once-in-a-lifetime trips.

Transfer points to Virgin Red

RBN Rewards points transfer at a 1:1 ratio to Virgin Red, which opens the door to premium travel with Virgin Atlantic Flying Club, Virgin Hotels Collection, Virgin Voyages and their partners.

Every Virgin Atlantic flight can be booked using Virgin points, offering members seamless access to the airline’s Upper Class seats and exclusive lounges. For example, you can fly Upper Class from Los Angeles to London for as few as 41,000 points one-way and experience the brand-new Clubhouse at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). As a member of SkyTeam, Virgin Atlantic also connects travelers to a global network of partner airlines, expanding redemption options worldwide.

You can also use your Virgin points for an adults-only, all-inclusive cruise with Virgin Voyages — complete with luxurious cabins, Michelin-inspired onboard dining, entertainment and a no-kids policy. Caribbean and Mediterranean itineraries start at 310,000 points per cabin, depending on the season and cabin type.

With your 500,000 points, you could book a weeklong sailing for two during a sale and still have points left over for your next adventure.

Bottom line

Buying or selling a home is already one of life’s biggest transactions. But with RBN Rewards, it’s also a chance to create serious value toward premium travel.

Here's why you need to consider RBN:

  • Earn unlimited RBN Rewards points.
  • Work with top-tier, vetted agents from luxury brokerages.
  • Keep your personal information secure — no cold calls, ever.
  • Redeem points for premium flights, luxury hotels or a dream cruise.

Ready to turn your next move into your next adventure? Sign up today to get matched with a participating agent — then start earning rewards that can take you farther than ever.
