JetBlue Is Expanding Mint Service to Grenada
JetBlue's award-winning Mint business-class product is going to Grenada (GND), adding a fifth Caribbean destination to its expanding list of destinations with premium service. Grenada joins Aruba, St. Lucia, Barbados and St. Maarten as destinations served by Mint from New York (JFK) and Boston (BOS). Service will begin in January 2017, operating seasonally on Saturdays. The flight schedule is as follows:
- B6949 New York (JFK) 8:00am Departure ⇒ Grenada (GND) 1:45pm Arrival
- B6950 Grenada (GND) 3:05pm Departure ⇒ New York (JFK) 7:28pm Arrival

As of today, this new route is bookable. Introductory fares are $854 round-trip, only about $200 more than what you'd pay to fly in economy.

You can also use TrueBlue points for Mint seats, in this case at about 1.4 cents per point + $76:

JetBlue first started flying Mint between New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, but has since expanded its offerings to cross-country flights from Boston and Fort Lauderdale to LA, San Francisco and Seattle. Mint remains TPG's favorite way of going cross-country. Better yet, JetBlue often offers extremely competitive business-class fares that are typically lower than the competition even though Mint is a superior product.
