Citi cardholders: Save $100 on hotel bookings with this offer

If you're a Citi cardholder who's ready to book holiday travel or pick out dream destinations for 2024, you're in luck. With Citi's current travel portal offers, you might be able to save money and earn bonus rewards on your travel bookings.

Current Citi Travel deals for select cardholders
Now through Jan. 31, 2024, eligible Citi cardmembers can enjoy $100 off all hotel stays of $500 or more (excluding taxes and fees) when they book through Citi Travel.
The following cards are eligible for this offer:
- Citi Custom Cash® Card (see rates and fees)
- Citi Double Cash® Card (see rates and fees)
- Citi Rewards+® Card (see rates and fees)
- Citi ThankYou Preferred (no longer available to new applicants)
This is a similar offer to the annual $100 hotel credit Citi Premier® (see rates and fees) cardholders receive. However, those eligible for this offer can take advantage of it as many times as they want to during the promotional period.

Even better, the $100 hotel savings can be used alongside two other current Citi Travel promotions:
- Through Dec. 31, 2024, Citi Double Cash cardholders earn 5% cash back on hotel, car rental and attractions booked through Citi Travel. That's 3% more than the typical 2% Double Cash cardholders earn (1% on all purchases and 1% as they pay).
- Through December 31, 2025, Rewards+ cardholders earn an elevated 5 points per dollar when they book hotels, rental cars and attractions through Citi Travel.
However, remember that there are drawbacks to booking through a travel portal, such as forfeiting hotel status benefits. Before booking your trip, run the numbers to ensure you get a good deal.
