Since publication, the opening hours of the lounge have been updated and photos added.

If you're a Chase Sapphire Reserve® cardholder looking for more reasons to attend this year's Olympic Games, you just found them.

Chase has announced the perks available for those attending this year's Olympic Games in Paris, including private lounge access and exclusive dining events.

Here's what to know and how you can take advantage as a Sapphire Reserve cardholder.

Sapphire Reserve Paris Olympics perks

Through Visa's partnership with the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Sapphire Reserve cardholders will have access to a number of upscale perks for this year's Paris Games.

Lounge access

First, cardholders will have access to the Visa Lounge for Chase Sapphire Reserve. Located on the Seine, Chase promises the space will offer "meet and greets with Olympic legends," curated dining experiences and more. You'll be able to enjoy "classic French summery fare" along with one complimentary drink (alcoholic beverage, cocktail or mocktail). Additional beverages will be available from a cash bar.

From July 27 to Aug. 11, the lounge will be open to Sapphire Reserve cardmembers and one guest. It will be open from 11 a.m. until midnight, with a one-hour closure between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. each day. You will need to show your card to enter, but entry will not require a reservation.

Exclusive dinner reservations

Additionally, cardmembers can book exclusive dinner reservations at Girafe Paris, a restaurant with views of the Eiffel Tower. The experience will feature an a la carte menu with collaborative dishes from chefs Ignacio Mattos and Charles Ducrocq.

CHASE

We would suggest looking into reviews of the restaurant to manage your expectations, though. The views of the Eiffel Tower are a highlight, but there are many complaints about the service and food.

Bottom line

If you're a proud owner of the Chase Sapphire Reserve and on the fence about attending this year's Olympic Games in Paris, these cardholder perks just might be enough to convince you to make your reservations.

With access to an exclusive lounge and the ability to book reservations at a Paris hot spot, the Sapphire Reserve doesn't appear to be letting up on providing premium perks anytime soon.

If you aren't already a Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholder, now is a great time to become one. On top of this exclusive Olympics event access, new cardholders can earn 60,000 bonus points after spending $5,000 in the first three months from account opening.
