11/11/11 Starwood Promo for Weekend Stays at North American Properties
Starwood is running a special promo for stays booked today (11/11/11) through 11/21/11 for over 400 properties in North America. Rate details are still TBD, but by the time this post goes live, they should be available here. Warning: always check the lowest available rate, because these rates may be jacked up to more than what would compensate for any benefits you might receive. I'd happily pay an extra $15 for 1,111 Starpoints, but not much more. Also, these bonus points are in addition to the double/triple current promotion - the bonus will post separately and will not be multiplied as part of the promotion.
This is only for new registrations booked via the special rate loaded through the promo site, so whether this is actually a good deal is still up in the air. The upgrade isn't necessarily to a suite - at many properties it will either be a deluxe room or club floor room, so don't get too excited. Though no matter how you slice it, $11 parking in many major cities is a steal!

Offer is valid at hotels for stays Thursday – Sunday and at resorts all days of the week. Offer is additionally valid at hotels the all days of the week during the weeks of November 20 – 26, 2011 and December 18 – 30, 2011.

Starwood Preferred Guests® Members will receive an additional 1111 Starpoints® per stay when they book the 11-11-11 offer (Rate Plan FMNOV1-9). SPG® Members must enter their SPG membership number at the time of making the reservation to receive the bonus Starpoints. Individuals who are not members of the SPG program can enroll at SPG.com/enroll to receive the 1111 bonus Starpoints award.
1111 Starpoints per stay will be credited to the member's account within 4-6 weeks of the stay posting to the member's Starwood Preferred Guest account.

Multiple rooms charged to the same member during the same stay will only count as one stay.
Consecutive stays will be combined into 1 reservation upon check-in. 1111 is the maximum Starpoints award per room per stay.

An eligible stay is defined as one or more consecutive nights paying a qualifying rate in the same hotel regardless of the number of check-in or check-outs that occur and post to the member’s Starwood Preferred Guest account.
