Up to 4,000 Miles for US Airways Dividend Miles Sign Up
US Airways is offering 2,000 miles for simply signing up for a free Dividend Miles account. This deal is technically for new members, but as long as you use a different address and email address, you should be fine. They are also throwing in another 2,000 miles if you book and fly on US Airways flight within 30 days of enrolling.
US Airways miles are pretty valuable and can be redeemed on any of the Star Alliance member airlines, well as a number of partners like Qatar and Royal Jordanian.
Now is also a good time to sign up since US Airways runs a yearly lucrative promotion called Grand Slam, where they give away tons of miles for relatively cheap partner activity. I wonder if they will make it harder this year, but in the last couple years, I've banked several hundred thousand US Airways miles.
US also restricts a lot of their buy miles promotions, like their current 100% bonus, to those people who already have an account.
Overall, this is a no brainer, especially since Dividend Miles don't expire for 18 months and its really easy to extend their expiration (like buying a song on iTunes).
