It's the airline that just keeps on giving: Southwest Airlines is back with another deal. The carrier is offering flights up to 40% off for travel throughout the continental U.S., plus Puerto Rico and Hawaii, among other destinations.
Use the code "SAVEWOW" through Thursday for 40% off of travel through March 2025.

Sample flights
Because Southwest does not generally disclose its sale routes, it may be helpful to use the carrier's Low Fare Calendar with the promo code applied to search for your desired route.
For example, you could book round-trip tickets from Chicago's Midway International Airport (MDW) to New York's LaGuardia Airport (LGA) the last week of October for $124 round-trip.
Southwest's Wanna Get Away and Wanna Get Away Plus fares will be the cheapest. These fares offer two free checked bags, one carry-on and one personal item. They also include free inflight entertainment and messaging. Upgrade to Plus fares for perks such as free same-day changes and transferable flight credit.

If you book this deal (or any flight), use a credit card that earns bonus points on airfare purchases, such as:

Bottom line
This sale applies to both cash and points bookings for Southwest flights and is valid for travel through January for the continental U.S. and through early March for Hawaii and international travel. Book by Thursday to save.
