Thanks to a new fare sale, multiple nonstop flights to London are available at steep discounts.
American Airlines and British Airways have slashed prices on flights departing from major U.S. cities — including Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Newark and Seattle — by half-off, in some cases.
There's a generous travel window, too. This deal encompasses trips between September 2024 and March 2025, and most routes include sales prices over the Thanksgiving holiday. Fares will include a free carry-on bag; checking a bag will cost around $75 each way.
Deal basics
Airline: American Airlines, British Airways.
Routes: From Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Seattle and other U.S. cities to London.
How to book: Browse Google Flights, then book directly with the airline.
Travel dates: There's availability from September through March 2025; Thanksgiving is included for most routes.
This deal was originally sent out by the deal alert company Going. You can fly nonstop from BWI to London's Heathrow Airport (LHR) in October and November on British Airways for just $548 round-trip.
British Airways has good availability on nonstop flights from BOS to LHR for $548 in January.
There are also some excellent discounts available out of Denver. For example, you can book British Airways from Denver to London in March for only $537 round-trip.
How good of a deal is this? According to Google Flights, it's less than half the normal cost.
You can book nonstop flights from San Francisco to London in March for the same discounted price.
If spending Thanksgiving in London appeals to you, British Airways has routes available departing from the Bay Area for $548 nonstop.
We found another good Thanksgiving bargain for flights out of Newark. You can travel from Newark to London for $548 nonstop.
Maximize your purchase
Be sure to use a credit card that earns bonus points on airfare purchases, such as:
