Score round-trip flights between LA and Miami this fall for less than $200

American Airlines and JetBlue are offering deals on round-trip flights between Los Angeles and Miami this fall, with tickets starting as low as $178.
There is plenty of availability from now through December, although prices increase around the holidays.

There are many cheap flight options in early November and early December just outside popular travel dates for the holidays.
You can spend the first weekend of December in Miami by booking a round-trip flight on JetBlue for just $178.
Keep in mind that these tickets apply to JetBlue's Blue Basic fare, which doesn't include a carry-on bag. If you need to bring a suitcase, you'll pay $60 total ($30 each way).
If you'd rather fly on American (and benefit from an included carry-on bag), there are several solid options in early November.
For example, you could fly to Miami on the afternoon of Halloween and celebrate in the Magic City, then return to LA on Sunday, Nov. 5.
According to Google Flights, these prices are much lower than they usually are this time of year.
