As a bonus, I found round-trip flights from New York (JFK) to Reykjavik for under $350 on Delta Air Lines. Note that this flight is in basic economy, though Delta is offering free changes and cancellations to these fares through the end of 2021.

Head to Google Flights and plug in your desired departure and destination cities. Then, press “Shop with Miles” and use the calendar function to find dates that work for you.
