New Look. Same Great Content. Welcome to the New TPG.
You're looking at the brand new TPG site — a project we've been working on for many months. This is so much more than just a homepage refresh or logo evolution (though we did change both of these things). The new TPG is much faster, easier to navigate and full of new features.
The first step: We wanted to make it easier to find things so the navigation is completely new. We organized the site into core content components: News, Reviews, Guides, Deals and Videos. These categories sit at the top of all articles so you can easily jump from one section to the next with a single click.

If you miss the old TPG homepage, which showed excerpts of articles too, you can bookmark the "All Posts" page and scroll down as far as you like — because we now have a supremely helpful, nearly infinite "load more" button.
The Reviews page clearly communicates the kinds of reports we produce: in-depth analyses of credit cards, flights and hotels. And if you just want to read one genre of reviews — say, flights — then you can click the "More Flight Reviews" link to get just those articles, listed chronologically from newest to oldest.
Our Guides page showcases the latest how-to articles and round-ups, including stories like the Best Airlines for Families, Top Business Credit Cards for 2017 and our Points and Miles Guides to cities like New York, London, Paris, Buenos Aires and Puerto Rico. We've made sharing infinitely easier by adding Facebook and Twitter share buttons to the tops and bottoms of all articles and by offering Pinterest buttons on the top left of all images.
On our Deals page, we feature the lowest airfare prices we could find to places we're especially eager to visit. Whenever we see an incredible sale or deal we just can't resist, you'll find it here.
And on our Videos page, you can find all our TPGtv episodes, full of travel tips that'll save you time and money as you plan your next vacation, as well as experiences and events so inspiring you'll be booking your next trip today.
Visually, the site will look great on any device and at any size: We redesigned with mobile-friendly, responsive design so the pages are optimized for desktop computers, laptops, tablets and phones. And as you can see, we're using larger images across the site, too, so you can take in the big, beautiful images we shoot from around the world — and that includes all of our TPGtv videos.
Finally the site-wide search function has been updated and reworked to make it easier to find what you're looking for. Not only can you select "Most Relevant" or "Most Recent," you can also narrow it down by clicking on the "type" of content you want: News, Reviews, Guides, Deals or Videos.

As with any redesign, there are always more features to dream about, fine tune and develop. So expect to see some exciting tools unveiled in the new few months. If you have an idea for a feature, or are having any problem with the site, email sitehelp@thepointsguy.com.
Finally, I'd like to thank all the people who came together and made this relaunch happen, including the folks at creative agency Hard Candy Shell, the tech whizzes at Alley Interactive, the TPG edit team, the TPG marketing team, Kate O'Brien, and the main man behind this redesign, COO Scott Kidder.
We hope you like it. Let us know what you think.
