Get a 25% Bonus When You Transfer Citi and Hotel Points to Etihad

Through July 31, you can earn a 25% bonus when you transfer your points from Citi ThankYou Rewards and select hotel programs to Etihad Guest. Typically, these transfer bonuses are processed by the credit card issuer's program, but this time it's Etihad tacking on the extra miles. Bonus miles are expected to post by the middle of August, regardless of when you begin the transfer.
Your best bet is to transfer points from Citi ThankYou Rewards earned with cards like the Citi Prestige and Citi Premier Card, since those transfer to Etihad at a 1:1 ratio, but you can also transfer hotel points at the following rates:
- Accor Hotels - 2:1
- Hilton HHonors - 10:1
- Hyatt Gold Passport - 2.5:1
- IHG Rewards Club - 5:1
- Marriott Rewards - 10:1.5
- Club Carlson - 10:1
TPG values Citi points at 1.6 cents each and Etihad Guest miles at 1.4 cents each, but you can get much more value out of them than that by booking award flights with Etihad's partners.
