The Points Guy Sweepstakes and Contests: Additional Rules

These Additional Rules, together with the Official General Rules ("General Rules"), govern the Promotion defined below to be conducted by The Points Guy ("TPG"). These Additional Rules will prevail in the event of an inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the General Rules and the terms and conditions of these Additional Rules. By entering, you explicitly agree to these Additional Rules and to the General Rules governing TPG promotions. Incomplete, garbled, non-responsive and mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified. If you enter using a mobile device, standard data charges may apply from your carrier.

PROMOTION: The Points Guy x OnePay Holiday Giveaway ("Giveaway")

SPONSOR: The Points Guy, LLC ("TPG"), 1423 Red Ventures Drive, Fort Mill, South Carolina 29707 is the sponsor of this Giveaway. Any questions relating to this Giveaway should be directed to TPG.

Instagram and OnePay are not sponsors or administrators of this Giveaway.

ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. The Giveaway is open to individuals who are residents of the fifty (50) United States or D.C. age 18 or older at the time of entry. Entrants must also be registered users of Instagram and you can sign up for a free Instagram account at https://www.instagram.com/accounts/emailsignup/.

Employees, officers and directors of TPG and OneProgress Services, LLC ("OnePay"), their respective parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, web masters and web suppliers and persons engaged in the development of Giveaway materials (collectively, the "Promotional Entities"), and members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or household (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Giveaway begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Monday, November 17, 2025 (the "Promotion Period"). The server hosting the Instagram platform is the official time clock for the Giveaway. Late submissions will not be accepted.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, enter by visiting Instagram and following both brands, @ThePointsGuy and @joinonepay. Then, respond to the post by tagging someone who brings you holiday cheer to submit your entry into the Giveaway during the Promotion Period. All tags must be posted by the Instagram servers during the Promotion Period for a valid entry. By submitting an entry, you are confirming that you have read and agree to these Additional Rules and the General Rules.

Limit one entry per person by any method during the entire Promotion Period. Additional entries from the same person/Instagram account will be disqualified in Sponsor's sole discretion. The creation of additional Instagram accounts to create additional entries beyond this limit is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification of all entries from that person, in Sponsor's sole discretion.

SELECTION OF WINNER: Sponsor will select ten (10) winners in a random drawing held on or before Friday, November 21, 2025 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winners will be notified by Sponsor via Instagram direct message on or before Friday, November 21, 2025 at the Instagram account that the potential winner utilized to enter the Giveaway. Sponsor will request that potential winners supply a valid email address (the email address affiliated with their OnePay Cash account, if applicable) and mailing address at that time. The potential winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability (where legal), also providing the account information for their OnePay account (if applicable), within seven (7) days following receipt in order to formally claim the Prize. If any potential winner does not return the signed documentation (including all necessary releases as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) on a timely basis, or if any notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if a potential winner declines the prize, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in full compliance with the Official General Rules and these Additional Rules, then that potential winner will be disqualified, the potential winner slot will be forfeited, and Sponsor will randomly draw another potential winner from among remaining eligible entries in order to fill a winner's slot, time permitting. Sponsor reserves the right not to award a prize if it is unable to confirm a winner after three attempts. The prize is subject to all terms and conditions generally applicable to OnePay accounts.

PRIZE: Ten (10) winners will each receive 50,000 OnePay Points ("Prize"). Each prize is worth an estimated $500.00.

The estimated total value for all Prizes is $5,000.00.

Creating a OnePay account is free and can be created at https://web.onepay.com/.

A OnePay Wallet, OnePay Cash account or OnePay credit card (each, a "OnePay Account") is encouraged to accept the Prize. OnePay Accounts can be opened through the OnePay app or at https://www.onepay.com. OnePay Points can be redeemed as a deposit into a OnePay Cash account or as a statement credit to a OnePay credit card in accordance with the OnePay Rewards Terms. In the event a Winner does not have an active OnePay Cash Account, does not qualify to open a OnePay Cash Account, or elects not to open a OnePay Cash Account, their Prize will be awarded in the form of a $500.00 check.

Prize cannot be transferred. Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on the Prize and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the Prize.

PAYOUT TERMS: OnePay will transfer the OnePay Points to a winner's OnePay Points Balance of within two to four weeks following confirmation of determining a winner's eligibility. Opening a OnePay Account is free, and is subject to all terms and conditions generally applicable thereto. If the winner opts to receive a check instead, OnePay will mail the check to the winner's address within two to four weeks following confirmation. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes applicable to their prize. Winner is solely responsible for all costs, fees, expenses, and other charges that are directly or indirectly related to the use of their prize. Company Entities and Partners are not responsible for any illness contracted or injury sustained by the winners' use of any prize. Please see the additional terms and limitations applicable to prizes in the General Rules.

COMPANY ENTITIES AND PARTNERS: For the avoidance of doubt, the term "Company Entities & Partners" used in the General Rules shall also mean to include OneProgress Services, LLC ("OnePay") and OnePay's respective parent company, affiliates officers, directors, employees, and agents.

PRIVACY: Personal data will be processed by TPG in accordance with its Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time) located at https://thepointsguy.com/privacy-policy/ .

WINNERS LIST: For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to The Points Guy x OnePay Holiday Giveaway Winner List, 1423 Red Ventures Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29707 within 45 days following the close of the Giveaway. Requests received after that date will not be processed. Allow 4-6 weeks following the receipt of the request or the close of the Promotion Period, whichever is later, for delivery of the list.
