Wow Air Is Offering Free Flights to Inspirational Women

Have a woman in your life that "wows" you? Well, now is a good time to show your appreciation — Wow Air is offering free flight vouchers to inspirational women for a new sweepstakes promotion. To celebrate International Women's Day, the Icelandic airline is urging people to share their stories about a woman that inspires them on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #wowwoman and tag @wowair. The winners will be reposted on the Wow social media pages on March 8 and awarded with two free round-trip vouchers to the inspirational woman's Wow destination of her choice.

Some Wow Air destinations to pick from (aside from Reykjavik, of course) include major tourist cities from around the world such as Barcelona, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, New York City and many more. Plus, it's completely free — so nominees and nominators have nothing to lose. The competition deadline is Friday, March 8, at 11:59am UTC, and the voucher is valid for one year. Only US residents are eligible for the grand prize.
