Want World Series tickets? Capital One cardholders have access to early presale Friday
If your favorite baseball team is one of the four still battling it out for a spot in the 2023 Major League Baseball World Series and you're hoping to score tickets, this one's for you. Your odds of being able to purchase tickets might be increased by having a Capital One credit card and taking part in an "exclusive" presale purchase opportunity that takes place Friday at 1 p.m. EDT.
To try and purchase home game tickets to support the Houston Astros, Texas Rangers, Arizona Diamondbacks or Philadelphia Phillies (noting, of course, that only two of these four teams will make it to the World Series), head to this page Friday at 1 p.m. EDT with your eligible Capital One card ready to try your luck to buy up to two tickets.
To qualify, you'll need to put the first six digits of your Capital One card in the offer code box. Capital One credit and debit cards are eligible, including cobranded Capital One partner cards, but excluding Capital One private label retail cards.
Examples of popular Capital One credit cards:
- Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card
- Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card
- Capital One Savor Cash Rewards Credit Card
- Capital One Venture X Business
If you like to attend high-profile entertainment and sporting events and you don't yet have a Capital One card in your wallet, know that even the no-annual-fee cards, such as the Savor Cash Rewards card (see rates and fees), periodically get you early purchase access, not only to this event but also to ones like Taylor Swift's "The Eras Tour."
Good luck if you decide to step up to the plate and use a Capital One card in your wallet to get a jump on buying tickets to the 2023 World Series.
