Three airline shopping portals are making it easy to earn bonus miles by making holiday purchases. The Alaska Mileage Plan Shopping portal, American AAdvantage Shopping portal and United MileagePlus Shopping portal are all offering members 500 bonus miles for making $200 in cumulative purchases.

Alaska Mileage Plan Shopping
Alaska's "Last Minute Holiday Bonus" promotion offers the opportunity to earn 500 bonus miles when you spend $200 through its shopping portal. The minimum $200 in cumulative purchases must be made by Dec. 16, at 11:59pm ET.
Based on TPG's most recent valuations, the 500 bonus Alaska miles are worth $9. Keep in mind that the bonus miles you'd earn are in addition to the miles earned per dollar spent.
Qualifying purchases do not include returns, cancellations, shipping and handling, taxes, gift card or other cash equivalent purchases. In addition, certain products are not eligible.
American AAdvantage Shopping
With American's promotion, you can earn 500 bonus AAdvantage miles when you spend $200 through the airline's shopping portal. The "Last Minute Holiday Bonus" promotion runs through Dec. 16, at 11:59pm ET. You can earn a one-time maximum of 500 miles for spending $200 on cumulative qualifying purchases, meaning the minimum spend can be met over multiple purchases.
