Update: Some offers mentioned below are no longer available.

From Amazon to Delta, we've seen a lot of great Amex Offers lately. Today, we've found another great offer for those booking their next vacation: $80 off a $200 or more JetBlue purchase.

TPG staff members have seen this offer on The Platinum Card® from American Express and Hilton Honors American Express Aspire Card, but you might find it on other cards as well. You can find Amex Offers on the American Express website underneath your recent transactions or by tapping the "Offers" tab on the mobile app. When you find the offer, click the "Add to Card" button and make your eligible purchase before the offer's expiration date.

The information for the Hilton Honors American Express Aspire Card has been collected independently by The Points Guy. The card details on this page have not been reviewed or provided by the card issuer.

According to the offer's terms, this Amex Offer is pretty open-ended:

  • You must spend $200 in one or more transactions.
  • Valid on JetBlue flights and JetBlue Vacations.
  • Inflight purchases, baggage, pets, cancellation and change fees, and business and group travel are included.
  • Travel must originate in the U.S. and be charged in U.S. dollars.
  • You must use the offer by July 12, 2022.

If you use the Amex Offer for airfare, make sure you book directly on JetBlue.com, the JetBlue mobile app or JetBlue Vacations. Booking through third-party online travel agencies like Expedia or Orbitz may not trigger the discount.

Whether you're booking a belated spring break trip to the beach or want to sample JetBlue's new service to London, this Amex Offer can make your trip cheaper. We recommend adding this offer to your card even if you don't have any immediate plans to book a JetBlue trip. That way, if an unexpected trip pops up, you can score a discount.
